My brother recommended this app to me, and I signed up on a whim--mostly because I love AI and testing out new tools. After a couple of weeks of using it almost daily, I'm totally hooked. It feels like daily "brain hygiene" to use this app, dump out my thoughts and force myself to think through things in a way I might normally avoid. I consider myself pretty self-aware, and yet I'm constantly getting helpful, insightful feedback about my situations, thinking and patterns that pop up that I was completely unaware of. I love the "go deeper" option as, again, these questions always have some magical way of uncovering helpful insights and suggestions. I think the monthly subscription price is a bargain based on the value I've already received and I'm excited to see how things shift as I continue to use this tool.

previously, I was using a google doc, which is static as a journal. The conversational style of this journal feels more therapeutic, and in contrast to ChatGPT, it stores everything in memory. Since it stores everything, it can provide insights over time, which is one of my favourite features.

It has honestly helped so much. The little reminders help me make sure I do it daily, and has helped me not keep everything bottled up.

I really like rosebud - my therapist recommended using it to support our therapy sessions. The AI responses are great and I like that I am prompted to think about things without getting lost in a cycle. The only thing that I don’t love is that the rose bud app seems different in layout than the rosebud website version. I like the desktop version more bc it tracks how many days in a row I’ve been writing entries, I like the emoji touches and summaries for my entries. Hopefully they are more similar as they continue refining their app!

I have done 15 years of therapy as an adult. I decided I needed to start journaling to deal with something new in my life. I found the Rosebud app and was impressed by the features it listed. I really liked being able to use my phone and laptop browser. It only took one entry to know that this was an excellent decision. Having the feedback it gives you on what you write and then helping delve deeper has really made me clear my mind and become better.

I am pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this app. The regular reflections and summaries are incredibly helpful in my personal development and healing goals. It surpassed my expectations and will be part of my daily routine. Keep up the GREAT work! It matters!

rosebud is so awesome!! it's nice and engaging to the mind with the interactive questions. sometimes I don't know what else to write but with the question given I am able to really think and reflect on things.
