Never got my item. Emailed a whole bunch. Apparently the BBB has their address listed as invalid. Filed a complaint with the BBB. So, yeah, it's a scam site.

They stold my money. Never got my item.

I received my item from Rose toy official and it came in a box that was damaged and smashed. The item turns on but doesn't seem to work properly. When you turn it on it reminds me of something where the batteries are running low, this item is charged using a USB so this should not be a issue. I've tried reaching out to the company but no one has gotten back to me. I spent my money I just want a properly working product

I ordered an item from them about 3 weeks ago. The telephone number was not in service and the email will give you an automated message that someone will get back to you that never has and the tracking number was invalid it has been over 3 weeks now no response no product do not order from that company. I am basically out of $39.99 plus shipping. This is the email response I received after I already sent them info they requested from some woman named Emma Johnson
