RosabelleReviews of rosabelle.com

ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY. I ordered this and the very next day cancelled the order as unfortunately i didn't look at the reviews before I bought it I have messaged every day advising a return and refund and after weeks and weeks and weeks I finally had a message to say denied. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!!

This company can answer emails sent to them and forward a returns address together with free postage for the package. Plus reimburse the client instead of asking them to pass it on to a friend at a lower cost. This has to be a scam I ordered mine after seeing it being promoted on This Morning itv1, trusting that it would be the same item. It doesn't fit or stay in place after copious tries to adjust it. Ive asked for an address where it can be returned to and for a refund. No reply to my last email. Very annoyed.

My mask not working after a week 😡

❌❌Does anyone have a valid email address for this company, it’s telling me on trying, the domain name is up for sale. Have tried Rosabelle.com. No such email. Tried their Support site, mail not delivered, 😡😡 Seems it’s just us Brits got the issue with this company. Strange 2 New reviews crop up from the US, to post excellent experience. Seems this company have fabricated the advertising from This Morning programme here in Uk, to add to their post on Facebook. That has to be illegal. Scammers go to great lengths. 💯 Report to Facebook.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered my mask. Took ages to come. Out of the blue, a second mask arrived. Checked my bank and they had taken another payment for the second mask - which I did not order. Contacted their customer services 3 times, eventually they said they would not refund my money as the mask was not damaged despite the FACT that I did not order this second one.

Unfortunately I along with others look like this so called company has scammed me. I ordered and paid and still not got my mask. Also tried to contact the company via email only to have had it returned via mailerdemon. So disgusted. This was recommended by this morning programme, or was it? Dont order from this company.

This company is absolutely disgusting the same day o ordered the red light face mask I cancelled becouse my son surprised me with one this company would not cancelled it arrived and I asked for returns details and they refused me said can only refund if item is damaged or faulty .I quoted uk customer statuary rights to them but they just keep sending message for me to wait untill it arrives I have told them 4 times it has arrived but I just keep getting same message.the have taken my money illegally.

Three weeks later I am still waiting for mine. Will it do what they predict if and when it does arrive
