I have received Roots spice. In my opinion Roots Spice are: 1. Very attractive packaging and spices are packed in air tight containers. For powders like turmeric too tough to open. Glass jar with plastic perforation sugested. 2. very high quality spices. 3. Kashmiri Saffron very high quality both in aroma and color. 4. Used in Marathi Dish called Shrikahand. Compared to Spanish saffron the Saffron from Roots spice was 4 times stronger in flavor and aroma.

As a registered dietitian I have worked with various food companies and I am very happy with the quality and taste of root spice. They have surpassed many other companies in their customer service and quality of products, I highly recommend them.
