The balm is my go-to for my muscles after working out and it also helped me while I was going through a série of injuries (tendinitis, back pain) I also used the oil on my face (which is a bit different than the usual use) and my skin loved it! Reduced inflammation and was a perfect base for face massage and Gua Sha rituals 😉
