Umar contacted me via the submission form on my website. Ironically, one of the first things that stood out to me is contacting people through website submission forms "instantly screams scammer." A website contact form is a standard and professional way for businesses to receive enquiries. He also commented that my website was "new." Yes, it's new on this platform because I've recently moved from Shopify. I've been building and managing my own websites for years, so assumptions about my knowledge or experience were completely misplaced. Please don't make assumptions about my experience based on the age of my current website. I've built and managed my own websites for years, and moving platforms doesn't mean I'm new to running an online business. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and based on assumptions rather than facts. It didn't leave me with any confidence in the service, and I won't be taking things any further. SCAMMER SCAM CONTACTED ON A SATURDAY If this doesn’t prove they are scammers then read the email I’ve received. They don’t even know me and I was testing them to see how they reacted when I told them I would only be scheduling a call with them to give them a piece of my mind. This is the abuse they have sent me. Beware. They even posted a slanderous message on my business Facebook page. They are a horrible company full of bullies who obviously don’t like women. DO NOT RESPOND ANY MORE; ELSE I WILL REPORT Your brain is clearly malfunctioning if you think a $0 upfront offer with a free demo is a scam. That’s not just paranoia-that’s delusional. Extensive experience means nothing when you can’t even understand basic business logic. Scams involve stealing money; we’re offering to work for free to prove our value. You’re not just confused-you’re dangerous. Scheduling calls just to scream at us? That’s the behavior of someone who needs institutional help, not business services. If contact forms scare you this much, maybe you should crawl back under your rock and stop pretending to be a functioning adult. We’ve documented every psychotic email from you. Your threats mean nothing-we deal with adults, not unhinged lunatics like yourself. Don’t bother responding; we’ll block any further messages from your IP address to protect our staff from your abuse. Good riddance I would also like to mention I was scammed this way by another company and having suffered a bad experience before I am wary when people offer me something for free as that’s what happened to me with another company who scammed me. I was shocked to get such a personal and insulting email back. All because I didn’t want the things they are meant to be offering. The fact they emailed me in such an aggressive manner shows me I was right to be suspicious. Reading the other reviews on here shows me I was right when I claimed it to be a SCAM. They don’t reply back to reviews here either. STAY AWAY SCAMMERS

SCAM! The books were advertised as hard copies but is only downloadable content, and they will sign you up to a membership which you then have to pay to read them. Do not buy from them!

Wish I’d seen the review’s prior to buying. Guys this is a scam. You will not receive the product and they will not respond to emails. Don’t be clowns like the rest of us, keep your money. They will not give a $hit 👍🏻.

$90 worth of plants never received. Never received email reply. Wasn’t refunded.

Cacti have scale infestation

First time ordering with Rooted and all 3 plants showed up dead. The Parsley and Oregano were dying and the Basil showed up completely dead.

I've tried all the online plant businesses (bloomscape, the sill, dahing plants, etc.) I used to order from Rooted all the time as their prices are generally lower and discovered them during COVID. I also love supporting small businesses. Nothing went wrong so I never had to interact with their customer service until this order. My plants arrived with clear fungus gnat infection and it led to all my other houseplants suffering the same issue. After going back and forth with them several times they still refused to refund me, blaming the issue on me. Order with caution.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with and I fully regret giving them and of my money. Ordered two large plants for $200. They arrived in a horrible state. Was told I cannot be refunded simply because I didn’t purchase $5 winter packaging that I didn’t know existed?? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this scam of a company.
