Roomvu is one of the best automated…
Roomvu is one of the best automated marketing platforms out there!! It has user friendly pages and awesome support. Mr. Rick James (the real Rick James….lol) is so knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He takes customer support to a whole new level. He made me feel special and he was very patient. He took the time to teach me more about how to maximize the platform. I would recommend Roomvu to anyone who wants high quality, data driven content. When you reach out to Roomvu ask for Rick!!! Thank you Dr. Brown, Realtor.

Depends who you get
This was an exciting idea for my business. The sales guy was great and my recent support call with Fay was excellent. I did have two “onboarding” meetings with a guy who shouldn’t really work for this company. Absolutely no motivation, no customer service skills and lazy!! Fay has redeemed the company for me & deserves a raise! A good employee is worth a million these days!! Thanks Fay!!

I'm glad to hear that your overall experience with roomvu has been positive, particularly with the sales team and Fay's excellent support. However, I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience during the onboarding meetings. Your feedback is valuable, and I'll make sure to pass it along to the relevant team for further review. It's wonderful to hear that Fay's exceptional service has redeemed the company for you. If you have any more feedback or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!
