Totally disappointed. Based on reviews, I subscribed to their platinum package after being assured that they will meet and exceed my expectations as a commercial real estate agent. After 6 months on their platform, they do not have a single commercial real estate ad. So I created my own video, and it took them a month to curate it - just added CC. Subsequently, I was told that they can only make ONE CUSTOM AD (Which I had created in the first place). Getting hold of anyone responsible who can help me has been my biggest challenge so far, and I am considering legal action as a last step if this continues.

⭐ 1-Star Review - “Roomvu Was a Major Letdown - Realtors!” As a real estate professional, I had high hopes when I signed up for Roomvu. Their sales pitch sounded promising: curated content based on local real estate market data, seamless social media integration, and a hands-free marketing system for agents. But unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on nearly every level. Even though, I met Sam Mehrbod, Ph.D on a couple of occasions, I bring it to his attention, He may not aware what is going on there Let’s start with the content: I expected localized, relevant market insights, but received mostly generic, evergreen posts, same to all agents, That was a huge red flag for me. Worse, I experienced constant social media disconnections. I’d wake up to find my Facebook or Instagram disconnected again and again, with no clear solution. I reported it more than 100 times never resolve the problem. I also raised concerns and asked to cancel my subscription, but the process was unclear. Even after requesting that my payment method be removed, They says they can’t do that. I was charged again. I’ve since had to follow up through my bank. I signed up to save time, not create more problems. I don’t typically write reviews like this, but I believe others should know what to expect. I am looking for true value, responsive support, and reliable content. I really hope Roomvu improves their service and support for agents. But as it stands Until short it out my issues, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

My company signed with Roomvu the other week we told him we need extra help on boarding. We told them we need help setting things up and we got handed off to very junior level people that locked customer support and account management skills. our first call to help us with on boarding we were rushed from the second. The room vu person opened up the meeting. It was continuously rushed. He kept saying how quickly we needed to move and the support was terrible. Based on this call alone, I’m asking for a complete and total refund i’m working with them to help my company grow. This felt like I was a commodity. It felt like speed dating, and it felt like there was no genuine support. I’m working with your company to help my business. I’m not working with your company for speed dating that call felt like speed dating. I need more support than that. We are canceling.

RoomvuI had a very disappointing experience with this place. They charged a lot of money but didn’t deliver the promised services. When I raised my concerns, they ignore my emails and my calls to refund the payment. It seems like there is no one responsible or professional enough to handle things properly. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend it. Thank you for reading.

Trying to spare fellow Realtors from the dissatisfaction and aggravation of signing up with Roomvu. I paid $1162 for their Social Media services and the use of their Email marketing. The sales person, Josh, said very clearly in an email that if I wasn't satisfied, I could cancel within 7 days and get a refund. He even typed in the email that if I wasn't satisfied within 30 days I could cancel. Blatant lies! After trialing and being dissatisfied with their social media and the email marketing, I decided I did not want to continue. The SM posts were generic looking and redundant. I requested the cancel and refund within the 7 day period. A few days later, I received their reply that they WOULD NOT honor their word. They referred to terms and conditions (that I didn't sign) saying that if any of their content was distributed, I was out of luck. Save yourself the frustration, and use another more reputable and honest company to deal with.

Both agents I worked with gave me incorrect information and were not clear on the 7-day guarantee. I had to correct both of them and made sure my settings were set for financial advisor, yet everything was written for real estate agents. The first post looked illiterate and didn't make sense. The personalized video option looked awful, so I didn't use it (Zoom Clips works so much better). After the first post I emailed to cancel this account, and they refused to refund my money. They also didn't tell me there would be additional foreign fees. I initial training/account set up ended abruptly, when I tried logging back in it just said, "host is in another meeting". I went in to book a call and it was a 4 day wait to schedule a time for assistance, not the service I was promised when they were promoting this program. I was also told I could schedule my posts at 7am, that isn't an option and I was told I could link to my personal FB account prior to paying but once I paid they told me they would have to get authorization for that and it would take a few days. Bad business practice!!! I am very dissatisfied with this program as well as the customer service.

don't be fooled by the salespeople. the actual product they provide is terrible.
