Mr. Mosher, Our team has reached out directly to assist with your order. It appears the order was originally placed for the 2025 - present Toyota 4Runner running boards (Part #61736418) rather than the 2026 Toyota RAV4. We want to ensure you get the exact fit for your vehicle, so our team is ready to help coordinate an easy return and get the correct RAV4 set on its way to you. Please reply to our email [email protected] or reach out to us at 610-443-2122 so we can finalize the exchange! Thank you, Romik Team.

Mr. Sonichsen. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced when looking for the installation manual. At Romik, our decision to transition to digital instructions was made specifically with our do-it-yourself customers in mind. Going digital allows us to provide much larger, high-resolution images and detailed diagrams that can easily be zoomed in on. This makes visualizing the steps and hardware much clearer than what we could achieve with a standard printed booklet. Second, it allows us to maintain a completely up-to-date digital library. Auto manufacturers sometimes make unexpected mid-year changes to a vehicle's design. By keeping our instructions digital, if a vehicle changes, we can instantly update our manuals and provide that accurate information to you immediately, eliminating the risk of you receiving outdated printed instructions. If you need any immediate assistance with your installation, or if you prefer we email you a printable PDF so you don't have to use your phone, please reach out to our customer support team directly at 610-443-2122 or [email protected]. We are here to ensure your installation goes smoothly. Romik Team.
