It is almost funny at this point. Every time a one-star review gets flagged and removed as not based on a genuine experience, a new one appears days later, from a fresh account with a single review, no order number, no email, no contact with us ever, and no explanation of what was actually purchased or what happened. A pattern this consistent tells its own story. We have searched our full order and support history for this reviewer, like we do for every one of these. Nothing exists. As we say to everyone, if you genuinely had a problem with an order, contact us directly with your order number and the email used, and we will look into it the same day and own whatever it shows. We take every review seriously, so before replying we searched our entire order and support history for this claim, an order over a year ago, a customs seizure, a promised replacement. We found no order, no conversation, no email, nothing. There is no record of this person ever being our customer. We're happy to correct ourselves, if the reviewer contacts us with an order number or the email used, we'll pull the file the same day and own whatever it shows. That offer stands openly.

Thank you for the update. We've read it carefully, and we'll respond once, calmly, and then leave our customers to speak. We checked our records before replying, as we always do. Every item on your order shows as fulfilled and shipped with valid tracking. Our support team answered every message that reached us through our official channels. We know that doesn't match your account of events, and we understand that telling two different stories in public doesn't resolve anything. One line in your review, however, we do want to address, because it concerns other readers rather than us. You've added a warning against this business alongside what you describe as your own experience. In the same days your review was posted, we delivered hundreds of orders, each with a QC video of the exact watch and live tracking from our warehouse to the customer's door. Those customers have names, order numbers, and reviews of their own, many of them detailed, many of them from repeat buyers ordering for the third or fourth time. We would put our delivery record from any single week this year next to this complaint and let it stand on its own. We won't speculate about who writes reviews like this or why. It's not our place, and honestly, it doesn't matter. What matters is visible to anyone: years of order history, years of reviews, and a support inbox where we are doing our best for the customers for as long as this store has existed. Every watch we ship goes through quality control and we send each customer a video of their exact piece before it leaves us. A watch with the issues described here would not have passed that stage. We also noticed that on the same day you left us a 1-star review, you left a 5-star review for another replica watch site that has since been flagged by Trustpilot for breaching their guidelines.
