Ordered 2 more glasses which totals to 5 glasses that I have from them. Always the best customer service. Shout out to Will who is always saving the day with my prescription. I will buy again January which then is my 6th glasses

Fantastic customer service from Emily! I made a mistake in my order and it was delivered to my old address so sent back to Roka, Emily was brilliant, she sorted the issue really quickly and answered emails really promptly despite it being my own mistake. She is a credit to Roka.

My first pair of Roka glasses, the Bartons, are fantastic! Really love the look, feel, & durability of them. I've also had an amazing experience with the customer service team. Most recently, Austin was able to assist me with an issue & was quick, courteous, & super helpful. 20/10 would recommend. Thanks, Joe Rogan!
