They subscribed me to receive spam; at least there was an unsubscribe. But we definitely did not WILLINGLY sign up; we use a local agency. Also, they have TWO profiles on Trustpilot; that seems shady... Why are they only NOW asking for "more information" when I replied AND cc'd the email address on their website the very day that I received the email? SO soon they forget... However, I never delete anything, and forwarded the emails yesterday, after getting a "they want more information" email from Trustpilot. Look, it's easy to NOT add people to your list without consent. If you are using third party spam farms, THAT'S where you get in trouble. I do not know who gave you my email address, but it 100% wasn't me.

They were very professional. Jake and his team have revamped my website which looks amazing! they're currently working on advertisement and boosting my ranking on google searches and AI compatibility. We have meetings every month, or a few times a month when necessary, and they are always showing the progress made every month with the data to back it up. You wont be disappointed with the results this team delivers. Great to work with, very knowledgeable and a very happy business owner!

### Updated Review — October 2026 It's incredibly disappointing when a company starts out making you feel like your business matters, earns your trust, takes your money, and then the level of care and attention seems to disappear. When I first started working with ROILift Technologies, I genuinely believed I had found a company that cared about helping my small business succeed. My experience with Ellie Williams was wonderful in the beginning. She was patient, responsive, and seemed genuinely interested in my ideas and goals. Unfortunately, a couple of months into the relationship, things changed. Communication and follow through became increasingly frustrating. Website updates weren't completed as expected, previously addressed issues continued to surface, and new problems appeared. Changes were made that set my website back tremendously, creating even more problems that now need to be corrected. **What is most upsetting is that my website is now in worse shape than it was before I started working with ROILift.** I hired this company to improve my website and help move my business forward. Instead, I've been left with a website that needs more work than it did when I first entrusted it to them. After months of paying for professional services, I never imagined I would be in this position. Instead of moving my business forward, I feel like I've been pushed backward. Rather than having the professional support I paid for, I've found myself spending more time identifying problems, following up, and trying to get things fixed. My website is extremely important to me. I've invested years of hard work, money, and personal effort into building Milo's Mealworms. I hired professionals because I needed reliable support and someone who could help my business grow, not create additional problems and setbacks. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is how promising everything was in the beginning. I genuinely appreciated Ellie and believed ROILift was going to be a valuable partner. Unfortunately, my experience over the following months has left me feeling that the attention and commitment I received initially were not maintained after I became a paying customer. I can't help but wonder if the fact that I'm a relatively new, small business played a part in how my account was handled. Maybe my business simply wasn't important enough to receive the same level of attention and care that a larger, more established company would receive. I certainly hope that's not the case, but that's how this experience has left me feeling. My business may be small, but the money I invested and the trust I placed in ROILift were very real. Small business owners deserve the same care, communication, and dedication after they've paid as they receive when a company is trying to earn their business. I wish my experience had continued the way it started, but based on everything I've experienced, I can no longer recommend ROILift Technologies.

Very effective SEO work.

While I was a bit hesitant at first, having been burned by another SEO firm, I have been quite pleased with the results from ROI lift. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and I have seen a very big and measurable impact on my business due to their work. I would have given them 5 stars, and the only reason I didn't is because at the initial setup period I felt like our communication on my goals and desires was a little more of a square peg in their typical round hole. Because I have a fair amount of knowledge and skill myself, I wanted them to do particular tasks rather than the whole package that they are accustomed to doing. Kevin and Jared have been great ever since we all got on the same page, and my Races2U website is really bringing in many more great qualified leads.
