I am disappointed in the wrinkles and the bubble in the fabric. It is a long cushion ( 94") . It was backed in a box that was close to 24" so rolled tight and there are significant wrinkles in some places and stretched fabric in others that is causing a bubble. Also the welting is not evenly on the edges of the cushion. I have tried to push and pull to get the cord to line up with the edges - but not successful yet.

The product came in a reasonable amount of time, actually quicker than I expected. The length and width were fine. The only two concerns i had with the cushions, is they were rolled opposite of what they should of have been and then because of that, strong wrinkles were put on the side that shows. Creating the unsightly undesirable wrinkled apearence, which is permanently in the side that shows. The second problem I have with them is the ribbon that was sown around the rim of the cushion is not one color it instead has a cross section of both colors which gives it a bad appearence as well. But i had never ordered before and there no pictures of how the ribbon would be cut. If it was cut the other way it would been a solid red or white color and it would have looked nice. Other than those two things they do fit as promised. The vacuum process destroys the vintage look I was wanting, with the permanent wrinkles. But does appear to be a well made product and does appear the sewing was top notch.

I tried communicating in email twice and there was no response. I called and no answer. I got an email with the subject saying it was shipped but it was not yet produced. Communication with this company is not good. I have not yet heard anything other than this review question. And, they are not up front about what country is making your cushions. I would not have ordered knowing it would take so long.
