I've used a lot of tools running a webinar agency, and Roezan is BY FAR the best I've seen on customer experience. The team is fast to respond, actually understands the problems, and follows through until it's fixed. 10/10.

Solid for 7-8 Figure marketing companies. Lots of features that trim so much fat from all the various integrations you build (but always glitch), like zaps, make, internal MCPs, etc. Using this for webinars and call reminders (helped increase show rate).

We have had a very positive experience with Roezan. The platform is easy to set up and use, while still offering the flexibility and automation options our team needs. One of the things we appreciate most is how responsive the Roezan team is to our feedback. They are genuinely open to suggestions, and most (if not all) of the features we requested were thoughtfully considered and added to the platform. Their customer support has also been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with whenever we have had questions. Roezan continues to improve in ways that benefit our team, and it is clear their team listens to its users. It's been great to work with a support team that actually pays attention.

Roezan has been a great upgrade for us. Deliverability has been strong from the start, and our webinar show rate went up noticeably once we moved our reminder sequence over. Setup was very fast and easy, including A2P verification, which is usually the part that drags. Pricing is competitive with everything else I've looked at. Very good customer support. Easy recommendation if you're running SMS reminders at any real volume.

As someone who values speed and quality in the software that I choose to use for my business, Roezan is the epitome of this. Their support is lightning fast. UX/UI is easy to use, navigate, and understand. Most importantly, we've seen a huge increase in appointments booked after utilizing Roezan across our marketing campaigns. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. They've been an absolute pleasure to work with!

Roezan works really well, I’m confident I can book just as many appointments with it as I do from calling. No more blocked messages, and reaching prospects is much easier.

Since we’ve implemented Roezan I have had twice the contact rate with messages and any time we do a text blast I get several appointments set within the hour. Super good service.
