They are dishonest and refuse to refund my money. They engage in deceptive advertising and force us to make purchases from them, otherwise we lose the money we paid for the evaluation even before it has been completed. I have proof

Horrible experience. I was researching their weight loss program. They advertise they took insurance. After I went thru the virtual interview and gave them my credit card information they informed me that they didn’t take insurance,..so I cancelled. Some weeks checking my credit card information saw the membership fee of 135.00 was charged I called spoke to a gentlemen who told me he could not refund my money or cancel the account by telephone,I would need to cancel thru their website I tried to cancel but their site kept telling me incorrect password even tho I changed the password several times .I sent I ate t and received a response on 3/13from Aizel Ann Royo replying that it had been escalated to tech support and I would hear from them well. Here it is 3/26 haven’t received any reply. I called on3/17 and was told someone from customer support would “get in touch” with me within 24/48 hr that time had also passed. So bottom line is I haven’t heard anything from anybody in this company regarding my refund of 135.00 So be very very careful with this company do not give any financial information until you have all the facts
