This company is full of scam artists. First they quote you a rate that beats all others. Next the confirm with you a “pick-up” date to collect your car which I had done WEEKS in advance. Then the phone-tag game comes into play, where you connect with them, tell you there is a driver available but they want FOUR TIMES the amount that the company quoted you at. They say they’re “trying” to find a better rate, when in reality they’re probably getting off the phone with you and trying to get another sucker on their hook. I waited until one month later from the date from when my car was supposed to be picked up before I pulled the plug and asked for a refund. Thankfully my deposit to reserve a spot wasn’t a crazy amount, but it was like pulling teeth to try to get it back. They try to defend themselves saying “we called you this day telling you that we had a great deal with a driver, but you didn’t pick up”. As if I can’t go back into my recent missed calls on my smartphone to check whether they had called on that date; guess what, they hadn’t. In all, avoid this company, it’s frankly not a company, it’s a front for STRAIGHT UP THEFT.

I booked transportation for my car with my credit card. This company kept my deposit, falsely claiming that they would pick up my vehicle. No truck ever arrived. When I disputed this, they said that they would refund my deposit but charge me twice the deposit amount for cancellation. They never had any intent of coming. This is a complete scam. Avoid this broker/carrier unless you want your money taken without any service provided."

Scam. Same experience. Lowball quote, down payment for about a third. Really polite and communicative upfront. Then on the day they’re supposed to pick up my motorcycle the unpaid cost jumped from $900 to $3000. Then they did me the “favor” of not charging me an additional cancellation fee, and just keeping my down payment of $380. Straight up breach of contract. They either hook you into paying a ton or get to keep your down payment for no work. And good luck suing them in a venue in Chicago where their company is located. In the very best light, they are undervaluing the quote to get you in the process. From a cynical perspective they are straight up thieves. Very polite on though phone though.

Typical bait and switch! I called and got a quote to transport my car from Montana to Arizona. They gave me a quote for about a third the cost of the major carriers but would require a $200 nonrefundable deposit. I turned them down and did some research on this company. Sounds like a very sketchy company. Couldn’t find reviews of them anywhere else. BEWARE!
