Was able to find a pair of North Face snow pants that on Rocky Mountain no one else had! Not Amazon, Zappos, BackCountry, Moosejaw, you name it — even the NF site! Thrilled that Rocky Mountain Board and Ski stocks as much equipment as they do. Thanks!!

Just barely ordered, so I can’t say much, but so far so good!

Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol. She didn’t know it was for a wedding, but it was important that this was a special day and she made it just that.

I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019. Any explanation would be appreciated.
