I received excellent customer service during a chat with Rocky Mountain Ski and Board. Claire spent a good deal of time to help me identify which women's jackets had all of the features I need. She actually pulled the items to check for features when the manufacturer's description didn't answer my questions. Kudos and thank you!

I order a jacket a 2 day ups air and it gets here 4 days. I needed that jacket that day. Needed to travel abroad and never came.
