Subject: Unauthorized Purchase on My Account - Refund Request To whom it may concern, I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue regarding an unauthorized transaction on my account. My bank card was charged for the purchase of Red Dead Redemption 2 on PlayStation 5. I did not authorize this purchase, did not place an order, and was not involved in any way. This transaction is entirely unacceptable and constitutes a form of fraud against me as a buyer. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount. The details of the unauthorized transaction are as follows: Transaction Number: 786765954875846 Please address this matter urgently and confirm the reversal of the charge to my account. Failure to resolve this promptly may compel me to escalate the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities or my financial institution. I trust you will resolve this matter without delay.
