Great quality t-shirts, looks same after 10 or more washing. I recommend to everyone.

I've had a terrible experience with RockMerch in the past two months whereas it was previously reliable and good value. Half the goods didn't arrive. Track n trace says things were delivered but weren't. Some T-shirts were not what I ordered. Response from the firm (after several attempts to get one) was just a repeat of the unhelpful ignorance described in other reviews. The tracking system used needs rectifying and the correct T-shirts need to be packed in the first place. The T-shirts ordered that did actually arrive were all sent in separate parcels and each then needed EU import tax paying for the entire order as they were sent into the EU from the US or UK with the value of all items rather than just the one contained in the packet on display for customs. The import tax was consequently higher than the t-shirts cost. So far I've paid €75 in tax for a €50 order and not everything has arrived yet so I can expect to pay more if the order is ever delivered. There should be a warning about this additional cost on the website. The whole order could've been sent in one parcel then I would not have needed to pay taxes on each part of the order. The Customs use the value displayed by the firm on the packet. I'll not use this company again because of this and I know other UK based firms are losing more customers here in the EU because of this Brexit boost.

All of the shirts were wonderful, as usual, except one of them, it was a muscle shirt that shrunk from a men's L to a child's s size, and after wearing it once it doesn't fit anyone in the household anymore due to that amount of shrinkage, so gave it to my nephew's child to wear, he is three. Even with that problem I'm still giving 5 stars, unless it happens again. Nothing on the label informed us of this amount of shrinkage either. The shirt was 90% cotton 10% spandex, and even the ones that were 100% cotton didn't shrink abnormally like this one did, it was five times smaller than when it arrived. We expect cotton to shrink, but this was ridiculous. Anyway the rest of the shirts were just as expected and no problems, they all loved them. I have to add to this review, another reason they are 5 star!! UPDATE: I received a reply to this review and they want to help me with the one shirt I mentioned had problems on here. This is why the are so awesome and I will continue to give them 5 stars! Thank you RockMerch for such a fast reply to this review and offer to fix what was wrong!! You have always rocked it and I will be purchasing from your for a long time to come.
