Shirts are drastically undersized, and the return/exchange process is a nightmare. There is no phone number, and they are not quick to respond to enquiry. At present, they have $30 of mine, the shirt I returned, and are not making an effort to send me the correct size. I cannot recommend this company.

Product was over price and low quality, took months to receive my order. Customer service was completely non existent, with only a single email to issue a concern to, never received a reply first nor last to any of my multiple enquiries. I will never shop rock merch again, the absolute worst retailer I've ever dealt with.

The Nirvana Tshirt had holes after one time washing (very thin and bad quality). I had to pay for the import duty twice because the shirts weren’t delivered together and there wasn’t a note in the beginning that i had to pay the duty at all. Edit: Got a refund for the damaged shirt

Let me start by saying I LOVE THE PRODUCTS at Rockmerch, however, I think their ordering system needs a little help. I had ordered from them before with no problem-- but my second time ordering -- I ordered two tank tops, thought I had checked address to make sure they were correct (billing was--so I guess I must've assumed shipping was as well), purchased them and then saw that the shipping address was an old address. We are talking mere minutes here-- I contacted RockMerch and they told me that there was absolutely no way that could correct that error in their system, and that the tops would be sent to the shipping address provided and my only recourse was to wait and see if the tops were returned and only then would I see a refund. I was very disappointed, to say the least. Does this mean I will never order from them again? I probably will-- but this was a tough lesson. Here's the verbiage from the email: "Thank you for contacting the RockMerch Store. Unfortunately we have no way to modify an order after it's submitted on our site - we cannot even change sizes or swap items. Our standard policy for "bad address" returns is to issue store credit for the full amount of the order so you can re-order using the correct address. Once the warehouse reports it has been returned undeliverable we'll issue the store credit and send it to the Email address provided on the order."

I love the clothes and I love how quick I get them and they fit great every time so I have no complaints

I love you guys, but I was disappointed in my recent Ziggy Stardust shirt with an inappropriate, obtrusive and generally lame WHITE back and sleeves. YYEECH! Otherwise you’re mega cool!

Shirts came quickly good quality

Worst experience, worst quality, worst customer service. I wouldn't suggest this site to my worst enemy. I would also be shocked if any artist would approve of the items they sell.
