RockitgamesReviews of rockitgames.com

An absolute scam of a website that refuses to send products to the address input at purchase. Instead they've asked me to change my address and, as this is not possible, I have been told a refund will not be sent. Scam.

I wish I could rate it lower honestly. Same issue as every other review from this garbage company. I hope they shut down

Pre-ordered the standard issue of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos two years ago. What was originally a shipping estimate of a few months continued to get pushed further and further back without updates or communication from the company. Some people received their games, but many have not. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Those that have received it have often been met with faulty cover and game manual artwork. I tried contacting the company for a refund, but they refused because it 'was shipping soon', and that was a full year ago.

Like many others, I have not received the Croc Collector's Edition package I ordered from this company two years ago. My order was placed in October 2024. All we hear from the company is lies and excuses about their complete failure to deliver what they promised.

Suite à une erreur toujours en attente de remboursement…heureusement que j’avais payer avec PayPal par sécurité. Société avec manque de sérieux

I pre-ordered Croc Legend of the Gobos physical edition in March of 2025. It's September of 2026 and I just had to pay an aditional fee that they promised to pay themselves (wich was a lie). After more than a year of nothing, not only I am not sure my game will arrive, but I had to pay more because they are incompetent and terrible liars. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST ANYTHING THEY OFFER.

I ordered a physical copy of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos back in December 2024, with a promised release date around March–April 2025, if I remember correctly. Despite the digital version being released, they delayed the shipment of the physical edition multiple times for various reasons, only finally sending it out in August 2026—an absurd amount of time. To top it all off, they forgot to update my shipping address (I moved in the meantime), which I had updated at least a year ago. This caused major headaches with the courier, who still hasn't delivered the package for who knows what reason. Highly unrecommended. The only redeeming factor was their email customer support."

I placed my order 18 months ago as soon as orders went live. On no less than 4 occasions were we given delivery estimates that ranged from a specific time of a month to entire seasons (summer 25 for example). They hit none of them. We were promised updates every month, this did not happen. The MOST shocking is when my item finally finally arrived. It didn't work! I was given an "Unrecognised Disc" error. I emailed them immediately and was told they needed the console model number and they would take care of it. Since I responded promptly I have had zero contact from them and it has been and additional two days. I have sent a follow up email asking again what are the next steps and am awaiting a reply. **Update I have been told it's a small percentage of 3200 copies that are affected and the issue I am facing regarding the defect "They are all directly from Sony and we haven't received any word on the issue". I have been told that they should be able to ship replacement discs vaguely, sometime next week. Even if this specific fault isn't directly down to Rock It Games, their customer service, communication, business resilience and own distribution are very poor. It's heart breaking to see a new name on the market trying to do physical media right, get it so shockingly wrong. I pray and hope I may actually get a working copy I paid for a year and a half ago.**
