Honestly, I can't thank the guys over at RockHer enough. The website is fantastic and couldn't be more user friendly, but they are right there if you need further assistance. They helped me through every stage of the decision and purchase process, and made sure I was comfortable with everything prior to pulling the trigger. Also, my Fiancé has very petite hands so the fact that the rings are custom made was perfect. When it comes to the finished product the craftsmanship is second-to-none, and the ring looks absolutely stunning. Safe to say, my Fiancé was completely bowled over. For an online venue it felt like a very personalized experience and you can't fault the product. We are both extremely happy with the ring. In short I can't recommend RockHer enough! RockHer you ROCK!

My experience with RockHer Haute Jewels has been one of the most easy and pleasant online shopping experiences I have had. Their website is easy to navigate and they promptly answered any questions I had.

I did a good research about online stores for engagement rings and found a setting on RockHer's website that I liked. I compared similar settings and diamonds with some other famous online stores and found that RockHer's prices are slightly higher, but I ordered a ring from them anyway since I really liked its design. I asked them some questions before ordering and they responded very quickly and assured me that they would do their best to make my experience as pleasant as possible and they proved it. I needed to resize the ring and again, they assured me that they would take care of everything, from shipping (free overnight both ways) to resizing and quality check. Shipping is excellent. Communication is excellent. Their professionalism is excellent. Customer service is excellent. And the ring is amazing. My fiancee absolutely loves it.
