Once upon a time I loved Rocket Dog. I still love their shoes, but they are seriously charging me 3.00 in case I want to return my shoes?! That's crazy that they started doing that. I have never returned any shoes to them and seriously doubt I would be doing so in the future. They also sent me a code for signing up for emails, but the code won't work on the three items I have in my cart. None of them are clearance so I don't understand the problem. I think I am going to find a new favorite shoe. I usually buy 5 to 8 pair of Rocket Dog shoes per year. Goodbye, I am so disappointed.

I’ve always loved Rocket Dog shoes because they’re cute and comfortable. I had an older pair that started cracking, so I reached out to the company about the warranty. After submitting my information, Rocket Dog actually sent me a brand-new replacement pair! I was really impressed with how they stood behind their product and made things right. Good customer service means a lot, especially when a company actually follows through. I’m very happy with my replacement shoes and will definitely continue buying Rocket Dogs! ❤️

Ordered two pairs of sandals on June 23,2026. They were supposed to be delivered on June 26th. They did not arrive and the tracking was not updated. They sat in a FedEx facility in Bloomington for 7 days. Contacted Rocket Dog but did not receive a response. The package finally started moving and now it has been sitting in the Chino Fed Ex facility for 5 days. I have attempted to contact Rocket Dog several times with no response. I filed a claim with Pay Pal. Rocket Dog has the worst customer service. I am so glad I paid for shipping so my package can just sit.

Bought a pair of sneakers, they were not comfortable, so I started a refund. I was overcharged for the refund so I didn't get the correct amount refunded to me. I have emailed several times with no response. Bad customer service for shoes that weren't great.

Wore my new boots twice and they have split across the front. Sent pics to customer service who suggested getting in touch with retailer. Not really helpful as I bought them when away on holiday. Poor quality boots for expensive price.

I first bought ROCKET DOG MELLOW slip-ons and fell in love with the fit of them. So I have now become obsessed with the JAZZIN' sneaker and have purchased 3 pairs in the last month. The mellow is "true to size" BUT I needed to go down a half size for the jazzin. The patterns available for the sneaker are awesome. Wish the same patterns were available in the mellow. But LOVE EVERY PAIR I HAVE BOUGHT!
