Good overall experience but minor challenges in prompting and an ensuring functionality of projects that usually require initial assistance but support from Rocket team has been 5/5 and very timeous.

I have had a complex website design which I have tried unsuccessfully with other companies to achieve. This time was different. At first I was concerned I was still not able to have the website I was promised but Rocket's support team are tenacious and receptive to my concerns and even though it took time, they finally cracked it. It is working as I had hoped. Now just a some finished touched before it goes live. In short, the support I have received was very professional and relentless to ensure my goals were achieved. Happy to recommend Rocket. Like most things that are worth having, it takes time and effort and hard work. And is exactly what Rocket provided for me.

Really responsive and proactive support team - the platform is great, easy to use and allows manual code editing which is essential because sometimes the vibe coder will go a bit wild and over engineer here and there.. overall though I’ve been able to build a complex app front and back end which otherwise would have cost me upwards of £60k

Rocket has been a solid experience so far. I’ve been using it to build out a food discovery platform focused on local vendors, and what stands out is how quickly you can go from idea to something functional. The prompting system is straightforward once you get the hang of being specific, and it’s surprisingly capable when it comes to handling UI, logic, and database connections in one flow. It definitely rewards clarity in what you ask for. What really stood out though is the support. Any time I’ve run into issues or needed clarification, the Rocket team has been responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re actively building. There are still moments where things need a bit of iteration, especially with more complex logic, but overall it’s a huge time saver compared to starting from scratch.

This AI is very fantastic to generate an application with out coding. Any one who couldn't code to developed mobile apps like me can use this AI. I finished my application with no code. The only thing I comment on this AI is Please modify the fuel it takes in each prompt. I gave 4 for it!
