Rocket is a great tool. Support is responsive

I've been working with the Rocket team for nearly a year on a complex custom app — PrintGood, a production management system for our print shop — and I honestly can't say enough good things. What started as a support request turned into one of the most impressive collaborative builds I've been a part of. The team went above and beyond from day one. They got on video calls to understand our workflow, patiently reviewed document after document of detailed feedback, and built something that genuinely fits how our business operates — ink recipe management, multi-stage production planning, order tracking, permissions, the works. Every time I came back with revisions (and there were many), they worked through them thoughtfully and kept the quality bar high. This wasn't a simple project. It took time, and there were moments of complexity that would have been frustrating with a lesser team. But they stayed communicative, kept us in the loop, and never made us feel like a burden. Kalpesh and the whole solutions team have been a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're considering Rocket for a serious app build, I'd tell you without hesitation: go for it. These folks care.

Thanks for the great support!

What started as a rocky initial experience has turned into an amazing one. The support team has been wonderful in helping me build what I struggled with as well as fix mistakes I have made.

Stellar support and super intutive interface for designing and deploying apps and websites, of all the AI builders i tries Rocket.new gave me the best outcome in terms of design and structure. The design generated looks fresh and very premium, totaly what i was looking for my sbusiness

I accidentally forgot to unsubscribe, and they gave me the full refund. I am a broke college student, so it meant a lot. BEST customer service!!

I really like the platform. The support is impeccable, fast, and efficient. I can build any platform I want with great ease. I'm really enjoying it. Congratulations to everyone involved.

I used this site to build my app using AI agents, and the results are amazing. Everything works perfectly and exactly how I wanted it to. The best part about this platform is their customer support. They are incredibly helpful! For example, when I was working on my project, I needed to change the app icon and get the final APK file. Even though generating an APK has recently become a paid feature, the support team stepped in, made the icon changes for me, and sent me the compiled APK directly. They completely saved the day! The only downside is that the free tier is quite limited, and many useful features are locked behind a paywall. However, the outstanding support team completely makes up for it. Highly recommended if you want to create apps smoothly!
