Though the issues room two weeks to resolve, I was updated and kept in continuous communication on their progress. Compared to other builder AI applications, this was the most responsive and considerate support service I have experienced.

I don’t typically give reviews but as a newbie in app development, I have been blown away with the features of Rocket.new and the amazing backend support and responsiveness that the team provides. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions when I needed help and they are always prompt to assist. I highly recommend their tool and service to all.

I am not a developer but I must say this Rocket is the best AI app developer in the world the support it outstanding from start to the end they ar always responding to my queries and very supportive in my apps development stages. Rock on Rocket

The Rocket team appears to be very responsive to an issue(s) that you may be experiencing and really strive to bring forth a resolution(s) in assisting with the application development process.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the support I have received from the team. My app was more complicated than the norm, and they helped me every step of the way to get it sorted and launched. Very impressed with their commitment to see their users work through to completion. I highly recommend Rocket for this reason.

Customer service from Raaj was very professional, thank you.
