Fantastic production-grade product! Stellar Customer Service - they surpassed all expectations! I was apprehensive at first about using them about building a production-ready site in a super short time! First they surprised me by the research that went into building a draft version of my site based on a simple, but descriptive, prompt. I read about their philosophy: how rocket acts like a product manager, designer and developer - all work together on the website - and that totally made sense! The level of detail, classification of content, copy text that went into this first draft was evidence! Next, I loved the ease with which I could make changes to the code or design without spending tokens on AI. Third, loved the ease with which I could deploy to netlify - almost a one-click deploy in the draft state and easy to switch to my domain when I was ready! Four, integrations - supabase, resend, others - I didn’t know of them or what they do - the AI walked me through the options step by step and got things ready. Fifth, customer service- just awesome: when I told support@ that ai wasted a few tokens on trying to implement a code change (telling me it was done, when it wasn’t), customer service quickly refunded some tokens; when I didn’t see why I needed to spend tokens to just upload large images into the image folder, they offered to do it for me; response time on email is anywhere from a few hours to a day - and that worked for me. Rocket is an amazing platform to handle extremely complicated tasks in minutes. I created a very complex webapp in under 1 week. If you just need a brand page or business page rocket will do it in minutes. Also, there are some concerns and complications, and I understand it is due to the complexity of the project.
