I like the product I received, but the communication leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a Roy Kent jersey, it eventually showed up, and I love it. That said, the shipping process was... questionable. I received an email almost every day for 3 weeks saying my order was complete and it gave me a link to follow in order to track my package. Yet once on the tracking site, it told me that my package had not yet been received by the carrier. I finally emailed Rockatee to ask what was going on, they never responded, and a bit less than a week later, I had a package on my door step. I don't really care about it taking three weeks. It's not like I needed the shirt. The lack of communication just made me think I'd been scammed, so they could do a lot better on that front.

i have just clicked 3 stars because my item hasnt arrived yet. i just wanted to know if anybody else experienced this: the address of the place i ordered from is USA, my payment has appeared on my account as somewhere in France and the tracking code they have sent me says my item is currently in China. could i have been scammed or is this a normal process?

I like to be informed about where my shipping is but I recieved waaaay too many emails. Nonetheless I appreciate the effort. The shirt is expensive for the quality in my opinion.

I love the design, but I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for $30 and got a tee shirt. Very cute , but should have at least been less money.

The item I ordered was correct and arrived in a timely manner. The quality and fit were not as expected. The shirt quality was sub standard. A cheap polo at Target has better quality. The return policy is poor in comparison with other online sellers. No return allowed, if you don't like the item or the fit is poor, you are stuck with something you don't like or want. They did offer 20% off sale price, but if it doesn't fit or looks cheap, why would I want it?

Product was great. Getting a response from customer service not so much. When I ordered the website said it would be delivered by 12/22. I would have paid rush shipping but they only offer standard shipping. I reached out 2 days before the order was “due” and never received a response. I did however get the tracking that showed the product would show up after Christmas. That was disappointing as this was a gift for an 11year old. Again product itself was great. Customer service can be worked on.
