Ordered a 5XL rick and morty hoody they sent me a large no response from the company in regards to exchange

No Customer Service at all. They have no customer service phone number and they don't answer email until over a week later and then say that the order was in production and it was too late to make the correct order. I call crap on that! I emailed 15 minutes after my order was placed and they didn't take care of anything. BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a mug 2 weeks ago. They sent it through UPS and then it was transferred to the Post Office. The Post Office will not help me because I'm not the shipper and I don't have the Post Office tracking number. I have Emailed Rockatee 3 times. The first time they got my order item wrong. And they just keep giving me the tracking number. I even took pictures showing them what UPS says on their tracking, and still no help!!!

I ordered a black hoodie size xl and recieved a blue t shirt size m with the print not good on the shirt. Tried to contact the company with no response so i wint be ordering here again

As I will Never get any reconciliation to my being ripped off by this SCAM of a company, I will keep posting one star reviews on a regular basis to further knock this company down in ratings to warn other potential victims. They are awful, stay far far away!!!

I am very upset... I ordered 1 t-shirt 13 days ago and when tracked it still says processing... Really, 13 days? I have sent messages through facebook and email. No response. I want my shirt or my money back!!!! UPDATE.... 21 days later I finally received my shirt only to find some type of glue or something on it and a hole... yes... a hole.... Never will I ever make this mistake again!!!!

Bc my order was wrong and I have yet to hear back if they are going to send the correct item

the jacket i ordered is the wrong size, its all faded and its off centered and they never responded back about a refund
