I had ordered a similar product from another company and was very disappointed in the quality. As I began the return process I came across the Rockatee site, which was carrying the product I was looking for. I took a chance and ordered the hat and was very pleased with the communication that I got as far as the order being processed and shipped. When it arrived. It was exactly as I expected and described, and pictured in the ad that in itself is a rare occurrence these days. Great job, Rockatee!
