I would not recommend purchasing this product from Rockatee (SKU: 997673097 - QR code on back of T-shirt takes you to humorous website). When I tried on the T-shirt, the QR Code DOES NOT SCAN AS IT IS ADVERTISED TO DO (the QR code only scans/works when the T-Shirt is laying completely flat on a table). Since the human back is not completely flat (shoulder blades, back muscles, and bones create a wavy, non flat surface for the T-shirt) the QR code could not be scanned/read by 3 different iPhones that tried scanning my T-shirt QR code while wearing the T-shirt... When I contacted Rockatee Support by Email and requested a 100% refund ($53.39) because the T-shirt QR codes DID NOT work as advertised, Rockatee Support is REFUSING to give a 100% refund because they told me their QR code is not defective and works when the T-shirt is on a flat surface and said they will only issue me a 30% refund and told me I have to keep the two defective T-shirts that I purchased from them... This is FALSE ADVERTISING and is UNACCEPTABLE... Rockatee's own Return Policy CLEARLY STATES: "IF the product differs from how it was described in the original, we will make every effort to refund the full amount of your initial order." Rockatee is doing a bait and switch to me after I purchased their product (SKU: 997673097) that is clearly NOT AS ADVERTISED and they will only give me a 30% refund now and Rockatee keeps 70% of my purchase price... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a VERY DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT and waste of money for a product that doesn't work as advertised.

Shirt hasn’t arrived, no updates at all, order placed 3 weeks ago.

Package never arrived, and they don't reply to my emails

My product still hasn't arrived and I'm not getting updates on my tracking anymore. According to the tracking app, my product has been in my country for more than 3 weeks now and the updates have ceased to come. It should've been here by now and frankly I don't think it will arrive at my doorstep anymore.

I ordered some face masks from this site thinking that they had a specific one in stock. The picture showed as black, but they DID NOT have black and instead told me there were sending white, which I was like "ok that should be ok" Got the package in today and it was someone else's order totally different and not the face masks (even though they ere wrong) that I ordered. Not trusting this site again.

My sister never got the flag I ordered for her.

Sent a 2XL instead of the small size that I ordered. Tried contacting about it through their page. No response. T-shirt material was cheap and thin.

Rocketee sent the wrong hat. No response to my email and attempt to reach the company. No refund. This is a scam company.
