BUYER BEWARE!
I hired Robust Auto Detailing to put paint protection film and ceramic coating on my brand new Lucid Air Touring. When I picked it up, it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. He had stripped the chrome off the hood badge, which cost over $2k to have replaced by Lucid. There was debris under the film and wrinkles everywhere. There was also a gouge in the paint that was caused by something being dropped on it and cost me over $1.6k to have repaired. As for the ceramic coating, he failed to properly prep the paint before applying it and there were swirl marks and ater stains under the coating. Fahad (owner) refused to refund me. I paid another shop to remove the very poorly applied PPF. He refused to refund me because he said he should have been allowed to do the remediation work himself. I was not about to let him touch my car again after all the damage he caused. He doesn't have the experience or expertise to do the work he is selling. BUYER BEWARE!
