Hey Alfredo, Whenever our deliverability team determines that your account has a low open rate (which impacts your sending reputation and that of the shared IPs Robly uses to send your content and that of our other customers), they may ask that you remove unengaged contacts that haven't opened an email from you in quite some time (usually a year or more) as following best list health practices is one of the best ways to improve your Open Rate. As for the conversion to the new editor, the code for the old editor was deprecated which made it necessary to change to the new editor so that we could still provide updates and fixes whenever necessary. During this time period, we did send out multiple emails a few months before we completely shut down the old editor to give our customers time to move over to the new editor. I would be more than happy to check on your template for you and put in an expedited request on your behalf if the correct template still has not been added to your account. Hi Bruce, I understand you had an unpleasant experience with our platform and part of that is due to miscommunication on our end. We apologize that you weren't able to use Robly, but we do not allow pornographic content as it violates our Terms of Service. That kind of content is damaging to our sending reputation, which affects our other customers as well, and we pride ourselves in our deliverability.
