Said order would take two to three weeks. Even though on another review they said all they saw was processing if click the processing tab you can see more details, Anyway order did not show up as promised and I came to find out that even though they make themselves look like a U.S. company they are really in China. They did say they issued me a refund today, but have not received it yet.

Placed my order on the 2nd and still have yet to receive it and it is the 19th. It still shows processing on the website to track my order. I have called their phone number and left numerous messages, I have also emailed them as well. Do not use this company ... I repeat do not use this company. I'm calling my credit card company and making sure they don't get their money now

I ordered a face mask on 5-01-2020 and have not received it. I emailed company on (05-15-20) to cancel my order and issue refund and still no reply. For the "big LA factories being in their backyard" Robin PLace Fabrics is really a big joke. At this point I hope I'm just able to get a refund. DON't get scammed by Robin Place Fabrics.

This website is a scam. Do not shop or buy anything from it! I bought a t-shirt from them and on my Visa card the payment came up under a different name. They sent me a fake link to UPS to say my purchase was getting shipped after 2 weeks of waiting to hear from them. The package has yet to arrive and I know it never will. I called the company number only to get a sketchy recorded voicemail saying no one was there. Don't waste your time and money!
