So far so good. Amanda was super helpful with our first phone call. Lots of companies have bad phone service and prefer emailing information but sometimes it’s better to have a conversation for questions that may come up. Looking forward to the rest of this process and was super confident in this company with the first phone call.

Roastar were so patient, attentive and genuinely very concerned in getting our designs just right! They were so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Never lagged on any communication, which was so helpful, especially because it was our first time in this arena. They helped trouble shoot any issues right away, and the minute we were ready to pull the trigger, they printed, shipped and delivered our bags so fast!! It was awesome. It has been such a great experience getting our coffee company off the ground with them at our side. 1000% recommend Roastar!!

C/S has improved as we have worked with you over the years. Appreciate the ability to work with our Sales Rep directly. Still not happy with the matte laminate on the coffee bags. Not an improvement. It does not wear as well as the former.
