Great Customer Service
After repeatedly searching online for an airline ticket, for my summer vacation I was directed to the Roaming Mood website. I was having problems getting a flight.
I was having problems getting a flight and I called and spoke to a gentlemen Jay and he really helped me out, I was so frustrated I was close to giving up and not purchasing anything Jay really went out of his way to keep me calm and help me get a decent price with the same dates and airports which was real important to me.
