Today is August 21st and I called roaming mood for a flight and Tom was the Agent who assisted me. He was so polite, patient and very professional and also worked hard to get me a great flight. Thank you Tom!

I had booked my flight with Delta airline. While the flight price change and wasn’t available to me. I got a call back from the agent which I didn’t picked. And when I called back I was connected with Tom. He explained to me the changes in price and was able to look up the cheapest price available within my time. He was very humble and honest about everything. Believe it or not, my next booking, I’m calling him. Thank you much very Tom for your service. William
