Ordered a massage headrest, got sent a weird pillow nothing like the order. Now just being ignored. The whole website is a scam.

La silla que enviaron no se parecia en nada a la silla que tenian en la web, incluso era de otro color, despues de muchos emails y aun reconociendo que el producto no es el que pedí no se han hecho cargo de devolver el dinero.

Ordered suspended rope climbing "machine" - pulley with loop of rope that hooks onto a bar - £29.. The pulley has a resistance adjustment knob. Nice looking bit of kit. What was delivered was a pulley from a cable device - £13 on amazon price check - with no loop of rope and no resistance mechanism. Raised with customer support who requested photograph of item delivered and packaging. Acknowledged receipt and advised me that it would be urgently investigated on 30/4. Ghosted me since then!

I ordered a massage headrest stand with cushions for head and breast /chest area. What arrived was the chest cushion only. They fluffed around to tell me they were investigating and eventually came weeks later to confirm the mistake..They were going to resolve and come back to me. After another week, I contacted them… they then offered me a free gift and sent me a link to a website to select. Looking for more money I might add. I told them I just wanted the missing parts of original shipment or a refund and they’ve now stopped responding. Their email is a hotmail address for customer services…. Under no circumstances purchase from this company.

Contacted customer services they wanted the outer packaging photo'ing, not interested in the actual advert compared to what i received photo. 3/4 weeks on and i'm no nearer the correct item arriving or even being dispatched. Its a Chinese company pretending to be American
