This company is a scam. I ordered a pre order scooter totaling $2,500. I talked to Amanda and cancelled it with no problem. I called a couple days later and Amanda said it would take 14 business days to refund my money. 14 days went by and still no refund, I called Amanda and she did not pick up, she did text me with some bulls%$& excuses but still no money. I had to dispute this with my credit card because there were no signs of them returning my money. Don't order from this company they will take your money gladly, but they will not refund it. They are the worst.

Had my RX7 overvolt and fry itself within 200 miles due to crappy regen. Called support, they immediately recommended a set of controllers before hearing me out, spent the $600 something on controllers, installed them, no fix scooter still dead. So I called back and what do ya know, they recommended controllers again. I told them I just did it, they said ship my scooter to them... I didnt do that, I searched online and a few people have this issue with screens getting fried with the crappy regen. so i bought a screen for $150. Scooter fixed. After this I turned off the regen, but alas you cannot fully disable it, only for the first half of the battery. 2 months later, rode down to pickup food, shut the scooter off, then it wouldn't turn back on. Another screen, not the screen this time. Put my original controllers in, problem solved.... For no apparent reason the controllers just fried. Since then I've had to replace controllers a 3rd time for the same turning off the scooter and it wont turn back on. Ive also had to replace 4 headlights that are rated for 48v (etched onto the light) but RR supplies it battery voltage (64-84v) and same with the horn. However I never replaced the horn as it burnt up within 2 seconds of the first honk. I brought this up to them too, they claim I took my $4000 scooter through water and that everything should work on battery voltage. I cant find a 72v rated horn... doesnt exist. Stay away from this company, buy an Apollo or something, something that actually works.

After waiting 2 months for a scooter I purchased, it was never delivered. I asked for a refund. They canceled my order and now it has been 1 month and no refund has been processed. Ive tried reaching out to customer server and they don't respond to my inquiries. Terrible company and customer service. Stay far, far away.

Nightmare Experience with Roadrunner & the RS6 Ultra My experience with Roadrunner has been nothing short of a nightmare. After test riding the RS6 Ultra scooter, I found the ride quality extremely disappointing — wobbly, unstable, and far from confidence-inspiring. I decided to cancel my pre-order immediately, but that’s when the real trouble began. It has been over a month since I canceled my order, and I still haven’t received my refund. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. The entire process has been stressful and frustrating, with Roadrunner’s customer service being unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. In the end, I chose to purchase a Kaabo Wolf King GT Pro instead, and it’s been a far superior scooter in every way — solid, smooth, and exactly what I expected. Bottom line: Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Between the poor ride experience, the lack of support, and the nightmare refund process, I would not recommend doing business with Roadrunner.

Don’t buy. Came broken out the box pretty much. Bad motor but they claim it’s abs messing with the throttle. Umm ok… so then it does not work… Then it just shut off all of a sudden because the ignition key was lose and they want me to rip the stem down and replace the ignition key on a scooter I just got 5 days ago. Bran knew…. And payed over 2500$. And I have to do major repairs? So I requested they just take the scooter back as it is not working out the box. They said they get back to me about that. I said “ok thank you just let me know” Then proceeded to ghost me. Don’t trust this company as now I have a broken scooter and no resolution. I will need to prob take legal action in the meantime as this is just practice. I would have worked with them to try and get this fixed. But the moment I even asked for a refund. They ghosted me.

within one week, motor shot! they would not back the warr on it! then 3 weeks later the other motor went out, this company sucks, big time, the owener won't even respond back to me, his name is dale, clown boy he is, so a few more weeks goes by and the controllers went out, now lets keep in mine I bought this 2018 and its now 1/26/24 and I only have 111 hrs on it, I'm afraid to ride it for fear it will break down and I have a hard time walking so that is why I bought this one and it went 40 to boot, so now it just sit's and I tell every one who comes to the shop to run from this company, I let a buddy ride it about 3 weeks ago and he said it goes faster in 2nd, so that tell me the controller is going out again, so when you get into this thing and you see how they ran the wires, wow! very scray, I re-did all of it and ran it the right way, I have tones of pics and vids, the company wont even look at them, so I been doing this for a few years now, ya think they would try to help me so I would stop, but hey who am I?

A little over a year ago me and my wife bought matching scooters d4+3,we rode together,charged them together and stored them together, every thing the same. We 104 miles on one 103 on the other, one of them the battery is shot, I contacted roadrunner and they said I’m over the year mark they can’t warranty anything! This battery is clearly defective!! So they said they would sell me a new battery for $ 690 and 25% for beta customer? Half of what I bought the scooter for! I’ve tried contacting nanrobot and they said for me to contact roadrunner! I’ve tried everything, I’m sad and I don’t have the money to repair or replace it!?I wish they would have taken back the battery and swapped it for a new one or refurbished! Please be careful!!! Customer service is terrible!!!

Horrible customer service. You buy an item and they never tell you that they discontinued that item therefore getting parts is impossible even though you spent $4000 to purchase the item
