Rocky Mountain CoinReviews of rmcoin.com

Coin store? I went in wanting to see what Morgan Dollars they had, really seemed like it annoyed them. The showed me a box of about 15 graded Carson City Morgans. I left rather disappointed. If you are looking for a coin store, this is not worth the effort.

They acted like a pawn shop. Offered me less than half the value of uncirculated silver dollars. And by half I mean half it's worth in silver. Very unprofessional. I understand why it's by appointment only. Rough neighborhood. But scamming people is a very sick and twisted way to conduct business. Dave's is way better. And when I said I could sell it on eBay she said but they charge 14% . I guess she failed in math. Because she offered me basically 55 an oz. its 83 right now. Ebay sells uncirculated silver dollars for 110 and above all day. 14% + shipping would still fetch 86 per oz. She tried to say they have to double their money. Not how it works. Rocky mountain coin IMO is a scam.

At their online auction they advertised a 1 G gold karat bar of gold which I paid $93.15. I received some sort of paper with a gold sticker on it that says .10 G. They charged me $18.10 for shipping when it could have been put in an envelope with a stamp for around $1.00. I looked it up online and it's worth around $15 if you can redeem it and if you can there are fees associated with it so I lost over $100 on this. I spoke to Maria and was told I would be getting a refund. I kept checking back to see about the status of the refund and in the end my communications were ignored. Why even tell me they are going to make it right and give me a refund when they obviously had no intention of doing so. I also sent her proof that I am I am a 100% disabled veteran. If she would do this to a disabled person then she will do it to anybody

I recently bought silver at Rocky Mountain Coin, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of silver coins was impressive, and the prices were fair. I felt confident in my purchase and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy silver!

Great selection and prices. Nice shop, clean and professional.

I had some existing silver bars that started to tarnish, I called and visted RMC today and met Bernie, Bernie was very friendly and personable and offered to remove the tarnish for me and took the time to educate me all about precious metals. I would highly recommend that you call on him when you need his services.

Loved my experience! Ordered a remarkable 2 kilogram Russian Ballet coin. Professional, well priced and efficient.

Very satisfied with my silver purchase. Great prices and service 100% recommend.
