Moazzam, thank you for your feedback, and thank you for being a valued customer for all of these years! A lot has changed since the 7th Edition of our book, and we are glad you have consistently found RMC to be the perfect resource for preparing for and passing PMI's PMP Exam. We appreciate the desire to have more graphical content and agree that our graphics are very helpful to effectively and quickly convey difficult content and concepts. You may find this surprising, but compared to the 7th edition of Rita's PMP Exam Prep book, there are actually 51 MORE graphics in the 10th edition. That equals a 65% increase of graphics in our 10th edition compared to the 7th. In the span of 3 major PMP Exam Prep book edition updates, we have added several pages worth of content. Perhaps the density of graphics seems higher in our earlier editions because there were fewer pages. I'd love to discuss further with you, and get more of your feedback. As a user of our products for 10 years I imagine you have a lot of valuable perspectives! If there's anything else we can do, feel free to connect with me at [email protected].

Muriel - Thank you very much for your extensive feedback. Congratulations on passing the PMP Exam recently! I am happy to hear Rita's PMP Exam Prep Book and PM FASTrack Exam Simulator were helpful. We also appreciate your keen eye for detail! Most of the errors you identified have been corrected in the current printing of our book and cloud book. We are just not seeing the spelling error on page 64 or page 113. Feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you have any more detail, or if there's anything else we can do to help you now that you are PMP certified!
