This RMARKELF is in Paris, France. But by Google Map shows this address is Chinase Restaurant. It means this company is indentity fraud by Chinese company. I recommend never to buy anything.

Very bad experience. I bought a cat tree on September 1, 2025, and to date I have not received the package or the email with the order number. There is no response, nor a refund. It's a scam.

Order ZH39944 10 PRO 72v Dual Motor Electric Scooter Blue / Front Bag (Shipment in July)

I paid for two scooters in May. Have not received anything except for promises that never came. you told me you just hold on that they would be delivered. That's a long time to wait. I am a senior citizen with disabilities and I cannot be throwing money away like this. Can we please fix this problem
