The only reason they have two stars, is because the driver was so kind, and because the last dispatcher I talked to let me know if they were actually coming or not that day. So, I took two 2 half days off of work to receive the package I had coming. On the Friday, it was supposed to come between one and five, so I sat and waited at another location to where it was being delivered ( it showed out for delivery) and after 4 o’clock called to find out if it was still coming. I was told no, they were short on drivers and it wouldn’t be delivered that day. No communication, nothing. I was told that it would absolutely be delivered on Tuesday 1-5. So yet I took another half day off of work to go sit and wait and contacted after four again (showing it was out for delivery). And I was told that it wasn’t on the truck and there was a computer problem, but they could have it on the truck for the next day. of course, I was very upset, and the kind lady said she would contact me in the morning to make sure I knew this time if it was actually coming or not. I’m in the middle of my morning workday, when I’m told it will come between 10 and 12. Great. Like I can just leave work to go over and make sure it’s there. But miraculously, I was done right after 10 and went and sat in a parking lot to see if it would come. I left at 11:45 because I had to go back to work. it came well after 12 o’clock. Of course on the delivery it shows delivered on time! No, it wasn’t. Do you know what it’s like to have to coordinate at another location for a 300 pound package on which you have to sign for delivery and get it into a building? Because they aren’t allowed to do that. Even if it’s in a shopping centerthey’re supposed to just drop it to where the address is and you have to get it out of the way. The whole experience has been an utter nightmare. From now on when I order equipment from anywhere, I’m gonna make sure that these are not the carriers. I know that you guys have your own issues, but you may want to try communication, and also have some consideration for people that aren’t just gonna stand there all day for as long as you like and expect you whenever you decide to show up.

didn't show up, didn't call, when I asked for when they would come, got transferred to 4 people, finally got my dispatcher Gary who was rude and cavalier. They are going to "try" to come today. He can't tell me if they will actually come. No empathy just jerks

Delivery took forever, don't even bother to call them cuz you're going to get I don't know. I would have got my mobility scooter quicker bye carrier pigeon. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the dispatcher I spoke with was very kind and attentive and helped locate my scooter in their warehouse and seen to it that it was delivered the day it was found. Without him it would probably still be sitting in the warehouse cuz nobody knew where it was! Once again kudos to the dispatcher but three thumbs down to r&l shipping. Just say no to r&l Carriers and yes to kind dispatchers!
