They scheduled a delivery date for me over the phone. Then 3 days later they moved the date back a week. I still haven't received my delivery and it's completely out of my control. Customer service was beyond unhelpful. Find a way to do a real carrier brand or expect your package to drive around the country for weeks.

I ordered a fuel tank that was being delivered by R&L Carriers and specifically left instructions to contact me an hour before delivery because my shop is separate from my home and located near other businesses. I was preparing to head out of state for the week and decided to stop by my shop to make sure everything was secured, only to find my package sitting outside directly in front of a bay door where anyone driving by could have easily picked it up and stolen it. I was never contacted by phone, text, or email despite the delivery instructions being clearly provided. Trucking companies are paid good money for these deliveries and should follow customer instructions, especially when it comes to expensive items being left unattended. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and care with this delivery.

Called me and said they need to make an appointment with me for delivery. The day was already set by them and so was the times. I dont know how that is setting an appointment but thats what they called it. Then when i told them i wouldnt be home they said i would then be charged for missing the delivery. Absolute scumbags avoid at all cost.

This place is a corporate micro managed night mare. I was a shop foreman for this company. The district manager Joshua Carter from Finley Ohio. Was an ex-crack head. Thats facts and his drug habit showed on the job. But this guy was a puppet for his boss Ed Bradley. The amount of accidents late freight negligence on most of these people it is a wonder this place is still in business. I lived 27 miles from the terminal. They wanted to charge me $1167.00 dollars to move a 72 inch roll snap on tool box. After firing me no write up no verbal i came to work on a Wednesday and the drug addict guy my boss fires me. It was a blessing. If you know anyone looking for any LTL FREIGHT SERVICE. PLEASE DONT LET THEM USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY COMING TOWARDS YOU BE ALERT CHANCES ARE THE DRIVER IS GONNA HIT YOU. THIS DRIVER IS GONNA SMASH SOMETHING NO DOUBT JUST BE ALERT OF THE TRUCK AND WATCH IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO.

We aare a woman owned business of happy go seniors. We are not informed we would be required to unload the pallet ourselves they showed up 5 hours late and when they got there till they would just leave the pallet in the snow and below freezing weather for the equipment to be destroyed finally after calling their company the driver said he might be able to come back at noon for us to have some people who could unload the truck for him because it's not his job worst company ever you would think they would let you know to have people unload your own freight never have I had to unload my own freight that wait over 500 lb usually it's dolled in it's a giant pallet with multiple boxes this was the most unprofessional worst company to have things deliver through in all my years so you pay top dollar just to have it driven you have to take it off yourself and it is not in good condition when it got there if you're ever told that you're delivery has to go through r&l find a different company to do your freight or delivery pay extra I'm telling you you don't want them delivering your products. And it's set on a dock somewhere for like 6 days before they even brought it and canceled twice on us

The hr department specificly lauree fouler is a dishonest liar and a hot head she descriminates and doesnt take accountability. My fellow employees were great until they were told to beware of a criminal. The company is shady and i wouldnt reccoment to my worst enemy. It was a very unpleasent experience.

We recently had quite possibly the worst delivery experiences with R&L Carriers. We paid $500 for the delivery of our home gym equipment, and both times the driver (Dylan from R&L Carriers) dropped off our items on the main road, which was miles away from our house, and was unwilling to help us move it. We're now stuck with these gigantic delivery boxes and pallets in our driveway that are blocking other neighbors as well... If you're a company looking for delivery partners, highly recommend looking elsewhere – R&L Carriers is completely unreliable.

Absolute worst company ever! Literally Dropped my moms brand new stove that i purchased on the road and left it. My mother, who is handicapped, is now unable to get this onto her property let alone now into the house... Never have had a company claim they are unable to atleast place it onto the porch! Do not recommend this company for anything! not even worth one star!!!!! Not sure why any company would want to use them for their delivery service. They are not even carefull when delivering. So awful! Check your delivery services before you purchase! This company is a complete JOKE!!!!!
