RK MortgageReviews of rkmortgagegroup.com

The definition of "Above and Beyond" . This is what RK Mortgage Group is. Joelle and Me'me have been hanging there with me and my lousy builder for 16 months. They made it happen. I never expected such a good rate given my self-employed situation. Joelle and Me'me were the only positive experience in our 16 months journey building a home in Lakewood Ranch , FL. I wish them lots of clients (not like me), luck and prosperity! And I am back 2 years later with superb refinancing experience! I must admit that I "cheated" first, tried 2 other mortgage companies and it did not work out at all. Joelle forgave me and with Me'Me diligent work we closed refinancing in record breaking time - 6 days! It will never go wrong with Joelle and Me'Me. Forever grateful!

My experience with Joelle at RK Mortgage Group was truly phenomenal. She was very responsive and had no hidden agenda. Very detailed in her process where expectations for me as the consumer were clear. I would definitely recommend Joelle and her team in your mortgage needs particularly non-conventional/traditional financing. Evelyn

I would highly recommend Joelle and RK mortgage group. Joelle was great about staying in touch and keeping us updated from start to finish, she always returned calls, emails and texts promptly no matter the day or the time. We now own our dream home and we couldn’t of done it without her help.

JOELLE and team were great! They worked diligently to ensure the process was efficient and stayed in touch each step of the way. I highly recommend working with this team to get the best rate and outstanding service!

Absolutely amazing service. Joelle made my wife and I feel so comfortable during this pretty intimidating process. Her jovial and bright voice always gave us a sense that everything was OK and that she working hard for us. Most importantly, Joelle was there for us, answering her phone, email, and even answering our millions of questions. Not one time did I sense aggravation or frustration from Joelle. It was like a many years old friendship throughout the process. She is highly recommended in our book and to be totally honest, we felt like we were the ones blessed to have her assisting us and you would too. Thank you Joelle. My family will be forever grateful for your service.

My journey with Eric started with an e-mail . Since that moment Eric did everything that was in his power to make sure I’ll complete the process of getting the loan. He was there for me almost 24/7 he answered all my questions and he never left me alone . I felt and I feel I’m In good hands So thank you Eric for making that happen I’m sure we’ll meet again and do more Buisnees together , you’re number 1 .

There is no one else I would ever work with other than Joelle. Getting a mortgage can be a very difficult process and the whole team at RK Mortgage Group takes a lot of the stress out of that process. I recommend everyone I know to Joelle.

Joelle of RK Mortgage Group and I were destined to do business together. We could not have asked for a more professional and compassionate person to help us refinance. We were pleased on how efficiently and promptly everything was handled. S Hirsch
