I used the service for tax exemptions with my amazon store, found everyone I interacted with to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, and completed everything very quickly, while being proactive and very responsive to my questions. By comparison, I used another company for a Walmart store tax exemption, and they were poorly responsive, extremely slow to complete the process which resulted in me having to pay late fees, and very condescending attitude with my questions.
