I deposited €200 to Rizzio.io and played according to the site’s terms. After completing the bonus wagering requirements, my balance reached approximately €1,250. However, the casino later removed the €1,250 from my account without providing any explanation. I contacted their customer support several times asking for clarification, but they refused to give any details and only stated that the decision was “final”. At the same time, an agent contacted me via Telegram and tried to persuade me to deposit more money or convert the withdrawn funds into a bonus, which felt very inappropriate. I am certain that I did not violate any of their terms (no VPN, no forged documents, no bonus abuse). Despite this, the funds were simply removed from my account. I have reported the case to the relevant authorities and I am prepared to provide full documentation if required.

Same experience that other. Won under 5000€. 3-4h later email comes which told that i have violated terms and they took all my balance. Bann this casino and owner for good

Still waiting for my payout from them it says completed and should be in my account within 3 working days and this the 4th. They keep changing the goal posts saying it is 5 working days now. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Really unreliable casino , it’s a big scam and the ar illegal in the Netherlands, it’s maffia

The casino cancelled the first withdrawal even though the KYC process had been completed successfully. They asked for more information, which I provided and it was accepted and I made another withdrawal. This time the withdrawal was not only cancelled but €400 was taken from my balance. They thought it was bonus money, which the casino would know how to distinguish from real money. They don't know what bonus it is and close the chat conversation if I try to ask about it. I still haven't managed to get a successful withdrawal for the remaining money and I also want the €400 they took because I didn't have an active bonus.
