I called in on Sunday afternoon, not even expecting someone to be available, Adrian picked up and I couldn't have asked for a better rep, after explaining my situation, he walked me through all available options and made sure everything was clear whenever I had questions.

Emilio explained how the program worked and how we would tackle my debts. Great service and setup plan!

Emilio was very helpful in the whole process - made it painless. Was super patient and answered all of my questions very well. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to get back on track monetarily.

Do not trust this company or any of its staff members. They will send you paperwork and mailing documents saying you have been pre approved for a loan. Emilio Monsalve will then tell you that it’s a debt forgiveness program. You will find out that you are being misled and your credit will be destroyed. I never once gave any code to anyone. Remember that this is a company that will lie to you and your credit will be destroyed. The response from this company is to never admit but to lie and mislead you

We understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our company is a financial institution that works with individuals across a wide range of approval situations. Once your verification code was completed, our system automatically evaluated your file and determined eligibility based on the information provided. Based on that review, your profile reflected challenged credit, which is why the program presented was aligned with debt resolution options rather than traditional lending. At no point is our intention to mislead, and we strive to clearly explain how each program works so clients can make informed decisions. We encourage you to contact our office directly so we can review your file together and address any misunderstandings.
