I would appreciate a better deal, maybe a coupon. I recently sent you an email regarding shipping. I also mentioning that I recommended my daughter Bianca Davenport to you.  I also stated that i would now consider myself a regular customer.  The gentleman who responded did not have the courtesy to address my recommendingvmy daughter & nor my satisfaction. Common courtesy is very important to me a something as simple as a Thank you would have been a nice gesture.    Im in sales & would never ignore a customer as your Marvin Peters has. Im now seeing some very good companies out there with great credentials & competitive pricing, such as Buy 1 get 1 free, and their base price is similar to yours. I would appreciate a better price on Klow.  Getting the 3rd one free is not going to cut it.  If I were to keep ordering & adding other peptides along the way , costs can add up substantially.  Maybe a coupon or matching the buy one Gerard one free would be beneficial to everyone. Four stars because lot numbers are not printed on the vials to match with COA’s but I do appreciate their testing practices. What drew me to this retailer is the full testing with a detailed COA including purity, metals , endotoxins, HPLC chromatogram and Mass graphs for transparency. This is not provided by all peptide retailers. Upon arrival, only some COA’s( Reta), can be matched to both the RIVN and testing the lab’s website using the lot number from the vial because not all vials are labeled with a lot number. For example the Selank, Semax, B12, the reconstitution H2O and the PT-141 do not have lot numbers on the actual vials. RIVN provided a fast and thorough response to my inquiries regarding lot numbers, COA’s and other questions. But what would be more reassuring, is providing Lot numbers on the vials and to have a matching photo in the COA with that same label and lot number. My first order shipped on time with an accompanying H2O vial for every vial ordered, a nice perk. Pricing is fair with full testing being performed, provided the vials without lot numbers are the tested lot they claim it is. All credit cards accepted—a plus if collecting points.

Items came fast. Packaging was good too. I tried to scan the QR code for COAs for my items, the link had a 404 error. Thats why I took off 1 star.

Great pricing and quick shipping. Also appreciate the use of lab testing from the USA and the free gift for spending over a certain amount. Only complaint is the Reta 60mg comes in a single vile and not 2 x 30mg or 3 x 20mg viles.
